Terms of use

We explain our services as clearly as we can, but the website is general information, not an offer or a guarantee. In particular:

• Subsidies such as Krishi Honda depend on government schemes and on your eligibility. We help you apply; we can’t promise the outcome.
• Income, yield and cost figures are estimates. Real results depend on weather, water, care, prices and many other things.
• What you actually get, and its price, is set by the quote, agreement or invoice we give you. If those differ from the website, they apply.

• The app is by invitation. You sign in with the Google account we have registered for you. Keep it to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• You see only what your role allows: your own farm, orders, leads, jobs or earnings. Don’t try to reach anything else.
• We may pause or end your access if these terms are broken, if your work with us ends, or to protect other users.

• enter false or misleading information, or someone else’s details without their permission;
• use the website or app to harm, cheat or harass anyone;
• try to break into, copy or overload our systems.

• Register a person as a lead only if they have agreed to be contacted by HasiruAqua.
• You volunteer with the programme; you are not a HasiruAqua employee. Your pay, whether a monthly fee or a commission on leads that close, is the plan we agree with you and show in the app.
• If two Bandhus register the same person, the first registration gets the credit. A person who is already a HasiruAqua customer earns no commission. A lead “closes” when that customer’s first qualifying job with us is completed.
• We pay to the UPI ID or bank account you give us, and record each payment in the app. Taxes on your earnings are your responsibility, except where we are required to deduct them.

Quotes, work orders and payments for each job follow what we agree with you for that job. Any separate written agreement between us takes priority over these terms. Farmer details shared with you are only for doing that job.

MeenDoctru readings and alerts help you look after your pond, but they don’t replace checking it yourself. Readings can be delayed or missing because of power, network or device problems. We are not responsible for losses that happen because a reading or alert was late, wrong or missing.

We work hard to keep the website and app running and correct, but we provide them “as is” and can’t promise they will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit, arising from using the website or app. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Karnataka have jurisdiction.
