HasiruAqua’s network reaches government procurement, exporters and distributors, and our own live-fish counters, and a farmer on our service sells into it instead of standing at the gate hoping a trader turns up.

What is full-stack fish farming?
It means you don't have to assemble it yourself. HasiruAqua supplies Grade-A fingerlings, feed and medicine, sets a feed and care plan, monitors the pond with MeenDoctru, and connects you to our buyer network when the crop is ready. You provide the pond and the daily care, and you own the crop. We're the service around it, not a contractor buying your labour.
Do I need my own pond?
Ideally yes — a water-holding pond is where fish farming starts. If you don't have one yet, that's the first thing we solve: we build subsidised, HDPE-lined farm ponds under the Krishi Bhagya / Krishi Honda scheme, and then stock them. Start with a call and we'll tell you which step you're at.
Which fish do you farm?
Across our farms we grow six species — Indian carp (Rohu and Catla), Roopchand, Tilapia, Snakehead murrel, Basa and prawn. We match the species to your water, your pond and the season's demand, so what you grow is what the market is actually buying.
How long until harvest?
As a rule of thumb, a pond is grown out over a single season and then harvested — the exact number of months depends on the species and the size you're growing to. We set a target harvest window with you up front and track the pond towards it, so the harvest doesn't come as a surprise.
Who buys the fish?
You sell into HasiruAqua's buyer network — government procurement, exporters and distributors, and our own live-fish counters. We make the introductions and handle the logistics of moving a harvest, so you aren't hunting for a trader or taking whatever price turns up at the gate. The crop is yours and so is the sale; what we provide is the demand side you'd otherwise have to build alone.
