Detailed understanding of your requirements
Upon receiving a request from a farmer, the HasiruAqua team will promptly arrange for a thorough pond inspection. Following this assessment, the customer will be onboarded after successfully completing a Know Your Customer (KYC).

Sampling
After onboarding, we test the pond water for up to 20 parameters. If positive, we install a protective netting system to ensure fish safety from birds.

Timely photographic updates
After preparing the pond, we'll introduce fish fingerlings and provide fish feed with instructions. MeenDoctru monitors the pond's health and alerts you of risks with necessary steps. Our support team is available for guidance.

The dashboard will also monitor and inform you about when the harvest will be ready. At that point, you can choose to pick up the fish from the location or request Hasiruaqua to provide logistics support.
